Zabeel Ladies Club Terms and Conditions ("Agreement")

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using www.zlcmembership.ae ("the Site") operated by Zabeel Ladies Club ("us", "we", or "our"). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site at www.zlcmembership.ae.
By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site, ordering a product or contributing content to the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Capitalized terms are defined in this Agreement.

Payment Gateway
If you make a payment for our services or products on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection. The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules. We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED.
Zabeel Ladies Club will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE. Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

License to use website
You may view, download for caching purposes only, and print pages from the Site for your own personal use, subject to the restrictions set out below and elsewhere in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

  • Republish material from this website (including republication on another website).
  • Sell, rent or sub-license material from the website.
  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy or otherwise exploit material on this website for a commercial purpose.

We agree to provide you with access and use of our Site.

Intellectual Property
The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Zabeel Ladies Club and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Termination
We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Our Site may contain links to third-party sites that are not owned or controlled by Zabeel Ladies Club. Zabeel Ladies Club has no control over and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party sites or services. Prohibited Content
Prohibited Content that is not permitted on this site includes, but is not limited to the following:

  • Is patently offensive or promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual.
  • Contains nudity, violence, or offensive subject matter or contains a link to an adult website.
  • Solicits personal information from anyone under 18.
  • Harasses or advocates harassment of another person.
  • Promotes information that you know is false or misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, or defamatory.
  • Furthers or promotes any criminal activity or enterprise or provides instructional information about illegal activities.
  • Solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users.
  • Promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work.
  • Contains restricted or password only access pages or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page).

Copyright Policy
We do not permit copyright infringing activities and infringement of intellectual property rights on the Site and will remove any such Content if properly notified that such Content infringes on another's intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to terminate privileges of any user who engages in copyright infringement.

Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable in damages in performing hereunder if such delay or default is caused by conditions beyond its control including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, wars, and/or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the party whose performance is affected.

Limitation of Liability
You agree that Zabeel Ladies Club entire liability, and your exclusive remedy, with respect to any services(s) provided on the Site is solely limited to the amount you paid for such service(s) i.e. the cost of the product. Zabeel Ladies Club shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use any of its services.

Disclaimer of Warranties
YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND/OR ANY SITE MATERIALS IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SITE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ALL SITE MATERIALS, INFORMATION, AND SERVICES, IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS," "AS AVAILABLE," AND "WITH ALL FAULTS" BASIS. ZABEEL LADIES CLUB DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED CONDITIONS, REPRESENTATIONS, AND WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. ZABEEL LADIES CLUB MAKES NO WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION THAT: (i) THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; (ii) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SITE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE; (iii) THE QUALITY AND ACCURACY OF ANY SITE MATERIALS, CONTENT, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL OBTAINED FROM THE SITE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS OR REQUIREMENTS; OR (IV) ANY ERRORS IN THE SITE WILL BE CORRECTED. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL OBTAINED BY YOU FROM US, WHETHER OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITE OR OTHERWISE, SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THIS AGREEMENT. ZABEEL LADIES CLUB SHALL USE REASONABLE EFFORTS TO PROTECT INFORMATION SUBMITTED BY YOU IN CONNECTION WITH THE SITE SERVICE, BUT YOU AGREE THAT YOUR SUBMISSION OF SUCH INFORMATION IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK, AND ZABEEL LADIES CLUB, HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY LOSS OR LIABILITY RELATING TO SUCH INFORMATION IN ANY WAY. Zabeel Ladies Club DOES NOT REPRESENT OR GUARANTEE THAT THE SITE SERVICE WILL BE FREE FROM LOSS, CORRUPTION, ATTACK, VIRUSES, INTERFERENCE, HACKING, OR OTHER SECURITY INTRUSION.

Governing Law
This Agreement (and any further rules, policies, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any and all costs, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) we incur in relation to, arising from, or for the purpose of avoiding, any claim or demand from a third party that your use of the Service or the use of the Service by any person using your Account violates any applicable law or regulation, or the rights of any third party.

Changes To This Agreement
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
Please review this Agreement periodically for changes. If you do not agree to any of this Agreement or any changes to this Agreement, do not use, access or continue to access the Site or discontinue any use of the Site immediately.
